In 2013, CFA worked with the Renown Regional Medical Center to design a parking lot to serve the expanding needs of the 75 Pringle Way medical office building. The project site had previously been used as a mini-storage facility. The project was located within the City of Reno’s Mixed Use Zoning District, requiring specific design standards that included pedestrian amenities and additional landscaping. CFA was hired to perform topographic surveying, mapping, final civil engineering, final landscape architecture and construction staking on the new parking lot. The parking lot was completed in early 2014.
