The Regional Transportation Commission contracted with CFA to design and oversee construction management of Delucchi Lane between South Virginia Street and Tyrone Road. Project improvements included reconstruction and rehabilitation of the existing roadway sections. Additional work associated with the project included the adjustment of manhole and valve covers, replacement of concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, pedestrian ramps and driveway aprons as necessary, as well as permanent pavement markings. CFA teamed with Black Eagle Consulting to provide surveying, soils engineering, materials testing, utility research, preliminary & final civil design, bidding assistance, construction management and inspection services. The project was completed in November 2013.
