CFA worked for the Regional Transportation Commission to design and facilitate the repair of several failing streets in Sparks. The project involved the reconstruction of street segments, curbs, gutters, and sidewalks on 15th Street, Franklin Way, and Hulda Court as well as curb, gutter, sidewalk, and ADA improvements on El Rancho from G Street to Oddie Boulevard totalling an area of +/-100,000 square feet of asphalt and +/- 14,000 square feet of sidewalk. CFA began design work in 2018 and construction is set for completion in 2019. CFA provided survey, civil engineering, construction administration, and construction inspection. Black Eagle provided the geotechnical investigation and Traffic Works completed a traffic study.
