LINCOLN WAY SENIOR APARTMENTS

CFA worked with Silver Sage Manor, Inc. on the Lincoln Way Senior Apartments development. The affordable housing project includes 45 units designated specifically for seniors aged 55+ with incomes at or below the area’s median income. Thirty percent of the units are provided with a preference to veterans, as well. The three-story apartment building is centrally located to provide senior residents with easy access to essential services such as parks, social/municipal services, a post office and more. The building is Energy-Star rated and receives power from a solar array.  CFA provided land use planning, survey, civil design, landscape architecture and construction staking. The project was completed in 2016.
