For decades, Downtown Sparks had been missing the residential development that is vital to a thriving urban environment. In 2015, Silverwing Development started construction on the Fountainhouse at Victorian Square development, a mixed-used project. The project includes 220 multi-family residential units and a clubhouse/pool area. In addition, the development includes a two story mixed-use component consisting of 16 apartments and ±9,230 SF of retail/restaurant space located on the two parcels south of the Cinemark Theater in Sparks, Nevada. The multi-family units are designed with ground floor garage parking and three stories of residential living above. The development is located on 4.4 acres of land in downtown Sparks, and was previously used as surface parking in Victorian Square. CFA provided land use planning and construction staking services.
